Do we need to do the audit first?

Most clients start with the SafeStart Audit because it produces the roadmap the retainer executes. If you continue onto the retainer within 30 days, the audit fee is credited.

What if we only have a few employees?

Small teams are the point. The retainer is sized to your team, so a 10-person office can afford a real AI department without a six-figure hire.

Who owns the tools and accounts?

You do. We set up and manage tools under your accounts, so if you ever leave, everything stays with you.

How is this different from hiring an AI engineer?
